This recipe comes straight outta this months Shape Magazine. I had a few other recipes I wanted to share, but I forgot them at home...
Slice up a banana, or two, or three...
Put in a freezer bag, then freeze
Take them out of the freezer and the bag and put them in the blender. Add some lemon juice and/or honey for extra flavor if you like. Then blend away!
Spoon into an ice cream dish and eat it as is, or add some nuts, fruits, or chocolate sauce.
What a lovely little trick, making bananas into ice cream!
